Ranthambore National Park
Located around 180 kilometres from Jaipur, Ranthambore is usually the highlight of every Rajasthan wildlife tour. Once a royal hunting ground, it's now one of India's best places to spot the Bengal tiger in its natural habitat, set against the ruins of a 10th-century fort.
Alongside tigers, the park is home to leopards, sloth bears, marsh crocodiles and over 300 species of birds. We recommend at least two safari drives to get the best chance of a sighting.
