Rajasthan Culture Tour

Day 1:  Delhi

Arrival in Delhi, Meeting and assistance on arrival and transfer to hotel.

Overnight at the Hotel.  

Day 2:  Mandawa

After leisure breakfast drive to Mandawa. Mandawa has many Heritage Hotels built by Marwari (a business community). It’s famous for Fresco painting is created on freshly plastered walls, allowing the painting to sink into the plastered surface and become one with the wall. Many artists have called them ‘traditional wallpapers’. Most of the colours use these painting make by natural colours. In Mandawa we visit some beautiful Haveli and Local Market. Stay in Heritage Hotel/Haveli.

Day 3:  Bikaner

After leisure breakfast drive to Bikaner. Arrive at Bikaner transfer & check in Hotel. Visit Junagarh Fort one of the biggest attraction at this city. Junagarh Fort was built by Raja Rai Singh. The fort structure consists of temples and palaces. Some beautiful part of The Junagarh Fort is Karan Mahal, Anup Mahal, Chandra Mahal and Phool Mahal, Badal Mahal etc.

Day 4:  Jaisalmer

After leisure breakfast drive to Jaisalmer. Jaisalmer is known of “Golden City”. Arrival at Jaisalmer transfer and check in hotel. Evening visit Sun Set at Jaisalmer.

Day 5:  Jaisalmer

After leisure breakfast visit Gadsisar lake. After that visit The Jaisalmer Fort and beautiful Jain Temple. Later visit some Havelis - Nathmalji-ki-Haveli, Patwon-ki-Haveli, and Salam Singh-ki-Haveli. Afternoon come back hotel and take relax or prepare for evening Camel Safari in The Thar Desert. Enjoy Camel Ride at Jaisalmer till Sunset. Take photos of Sand Dunes and local artist. Late evening come back at hotel.

Day 6:  Jodhpur

After leisure breakfast drive to Jodhpur. Jodhpur known as “Blue City”. The city was founded in 1459 by Rao Jodha. Main tourist attraction at Jodhpur is Mehrangarh Fort, Jaswant Thada and colourful Bazar. Mehrangarh Fort Museum is one of the finest museums in Rajasthani n this fort has many attraction like Phool Mahal, Palki Museum, Miniature Paintings collection, Armory and Textile etc.

Day 7:  Ranakpur

After leisure breakfast drive to Ranakpur. Ranakpur is small but very famous place of Jain Temple. The Ranakpur temple complex in Rajasthan comprises of 1444 intricately carved pillars, 24 pillared halls accompanied by 80 domes which are borne by 400 columns. The temple structure has five spires, each of which houses a shrine underneath, and it is under the largest spire in the axis of the main entrance (Chaumukha Shrine) that one can locate the 6 feet tall statue of Lord Adinath. Another exquisite aspect that has also earned the temple its name is the carving of the four-headed image of Adinath, sheltered by a 108-headed snake with numerous tails. The four heads face four directions, suggesting the pursuit of the Tirthankaras.

The entire ceiling of this temple complex is bedecked with geometric designs and scrollwork. However, it is the carvings of the nymphs and celestial maidens playing musical instruments, at the height of nearly 45 feet that really draws the eye.

Day 8:  Udaipur

After leisure breakfast drive to Udaipur. Udaipur – “Most Romantic City in India”.

Udaipur, formerly the capital of the Mewar Kingdom, is a city in the western Indian state of Rajasthan. Founded by Maharana Udai Singh II in 1559, it’s set around a series of artificial lakes and is known for its lavish royal residences. Also known as the "City of Lakes”, & "the most romantic spot on the continent of India" by British administrator James Tod. It is popularly known as the "City of Lakes" because of its sophisticated lake system. Arrival at Udaipur transfer & check in at Hotel.

Day 9:  Udaipur

After breakfast Morning tour of Udaipur, visit the city palace, Jagdish Temple, boat ride at Pichola Lake, Sahelion ki Bari (Princess Garden). Evening free time for leisure activities etc.

Day 10:  Jaipur

After leisure breakfast drive to Jaipur. Arrive at Jaipur transfer & check in Hotel.

Day 11:  Jaipur

Jaipur is the capital city of Rajasthan. Jaipur is the first plan city in India as per Indian Shilp-Shastra (Indian Architecture). Jaipur we visit Hawa Mahal “Palace of Winds”. Amber For, Jal Mahal, City Place, Jantar-Mantar etc.

Day 12:  Agra

After leisure breakfast drive to Agra. After arrival at Agra transfer to respective Hotel & check-in at Hotel. Evening visit some Agra’s famous art & cultural activities (if time is permitted). Overnight stay at Hotel.

Day 13:  Delhi

Early morning at Sunrise visit the extravagant monument Taj Mahal. Taj Mahal, entitled as one of Seven Wonders of the World, is a must visit to witness the masterpieces of Indian architecture.

After leisure breakfast drive to Delhi. Visit some tourist attraction at Delhi (if time permitted). Arrival at Delhi transfer & check in hotel.

Day 14:  Delhi

After breakfast proceed for sightseeing of old Delhi visit Jama Masjid that was constructed by Mughal Emperor Shah Jahan, Raj Ghat – the memorial of Mahatma Gandhi. Afternoon visit Gurudwara Bangla Sahib Ji, Lotus Temple, drive pass India Gate, President House, Vijay chowk in evening visit Qutub Minar (a UNESCO world Heritage Site).

At time schedule transfer to International Airport at New Delhi to board the flight for home country.
